SUBSTANCE: device has light-emitter semiconductor crystals placed in substrate depression provided with light-reflecting side surface as well as concentric lens in the form of linear conical raster; all crystals are disposed on same straight line parallel to direction of linear conical raster structure; side surface of substrate depression is made in the form of surface of body of revolution, primarily in the form of conical surface. Crystals used in device emit monochromatic or polychromatic light, crystal thickness to its reflector depth ratio being constant. Device incorporates provision for varying angle of vision and spatial radiation directivity pattern.
