The device comprises a printed circuit board 1, a lens 2 with a square or round base 3 complete with a light-receiving hemispheric surface 4 and a light-emitting aspherical surface 5, guiding pins 6, a light emitter 7 with connecting terminals, a layer of antiglare silicone 8, a layer of a silicone-luminophorous compound 9, a layer of a silicone correcting frame 10.
EFFECT: increase in light axial force with the simultaneous decrease in the light intensity of a false signal.
