FIELD: communications engineering; suppressing enemy's ground communication line. SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves irradiation of supporting structure section mounting transceiver module of ground laser communication line by electromagnetic rays, section to be irradiated, irradiation time, power and wavelength of electromagnetic radiation being chosen so that optical axes of transceiver modules of mentioned communication line were maladjusted due to thermal deformation of supporting structure section under effect of electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic radiation source effectively functions within large area and not only within field of vision of enemy's line receiver. EFFECT: enlarged coverage zone of electromagnetic radiation source for suppressing enemy's ground laser communication line. 1 dwg
