X-RAY APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: X-ray technology used in medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has planar-parallel X-ray transmitting base with coordinate markings X, Y for marking rectangular coordinate system, four similar, equally spaced flares fixed on base and made from high atomic number material. Flare members are arranged perpendicular to base surface and in parallel with axes of respective coordinates. Apparatus is further provided with planar-parallel plate made from high atomic number material and equipped with central square window. Plate is rigidly fixed to base by means of four poles so that plate surface is extending in parallel with base of apparatus, and square window sides are arranged in parallel with respective coordinate axes, their orthogonal projection onto base surface coinciding with leading end of members of respective flare. Apparatus is adapted for adjustment of X-ray supports, in particular, for precise determining position of actual focus of X-ray tube for arranging surgical operations.
