FIELD: medical X-ray diagnostics equipment, namely alignment of general type X-ray installations, specialized roentgenographic systems. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes detector unit having square housing with four marks for marking rectangular coordinate system 0 X Y and X-ray irradiation detector having rectilinear raster with alternating X-ray contrast and X-ray translucent lamellae adjoining to scintillator whose active layer is connected through optical elements with photodiode array connected through unit for amplifying and conversion of electric signal to microprocessor provided with videomonitor. Limb with electromechanical drive is mounted in housing of detector unit in such a way that its rotation axis passes through zero point 0 of coordinate system 0 X Y. X-ray irradiation is placed onto limb along its diameter. Raster lamellas in the form of ring half have rounded portion that rises over plane of limb and pass normally relative to its diameter. Active layer of scintillator in the form of cylinder half is optically connected with photodiodes. X-ray irradiation detector is closed by screen of light translucent and X-ray translucent material. Base of screen is secured to limb. Upper portion of screen is flat and it is parallel relative to base of housing. Light-contrast crossing is applied onto said upper portion. Center of said crossing coincides with rotation axis of limb; one line of crossing is laid in vertical plane passing through lengthwise axis of X-ray irradiation detector.
