FIELD: medicine, in particular, surgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is made in the form of endoscope such as gastroscope. Guiding bar is rigidly fixed on working end of gastroscope by means of two yokes. Ring open for 1/6 of its length of circle is formed on free end of guiding bar. Open ring is positioned in plane parallel to gastroscope end and perpendicular to guiding bar extending along gastroscope longitudinal axis. Distance between gastroscope end and ring plane is 3 cm. Guiding bar and ring are manufactured from flexible wire. EFFECT: increased efficiency in vein extraction, minimal traumatism caused by surgical intervention and wider operational capabilities. 7 dwg
