FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the method is directed for a gradual dosed removal of contractures caused by shortening the spasticoparetic muscles in patients with juvenile cerebral palsy. Subcutaneous myotomy is conducted from ischial protuberance of strained bundles of double-joint muscles which block the movement in desired direction. Immobilization is not carried out that makes the muscles to be monoarticular due to shifting the separated muscles in distal direction where they are cicatrized. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex
