SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical therapy of motor disorders of inferior limbs in case of juvenile cerebral palsy (JCP). At the site of distal fastening towards tibia it is necessary to dissect the tendons of gracilis, semitendinous, semimembranosus muscles. One should Z-shapely lengthen the tendon of biceps muscle of thigh, remove flexing contracture of knee joint, adduction and internal rotation of a shin. The tendons of gracilis and semitendinous muscles should be introduced into the thickness of gastrocnemius muscle belly. Free end of semimembranosus muscle tendon should be moved through subcutaneous tunnel towards distal fragment of biceps muscle of thigh tendon to suture it "end-to-end" with its short internal sector. Long sectors of distal and proximal tendinous fragments of biceps muscle of thigh should be sutured "end-to-end" that enables to remove flexing contracture of knee joint, adduction and internal rotation of shin in children with diplegic and hemiplegic JCP forms.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
