FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of motor disorders in inferior limbs in case of juvenile cerebral palsy. Out of skin paracentesis being of 1 cm length it is necessary to fulfill subcutaneous cross-sectional tenomyotomy of anterior bundles of gluteus maximus and gluteus medius at the site of their fixation to greater trochanter in combination with tenomyotomy of femoral adductors and extrapelvic neurotomy of obturator nerve that enables to remove internal-rotation component of adductor syndrome in children with diplegic form of juvenile cerebral palsy.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
