FIELD: medicine, in particular, maxillofacial surgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has curved netted titanium plate conforming to shape of defective bone and cylindrical nickelide-titanium implants with threaded opening at one end for fixing dental prosthesis. Petals of nickelide-titanium producing shape memory effect are positioned at other end of implants so that they diverge at right angle one with respect to another for attachment to netted titanium plate. Netted endoprosthesis is superposed on bone in the vicinity of destroyed osteal and periosteal regions, above maxillary sinus lower wall. Resultant space is filled with osteoplastic material. Apparatus may be used in reconstruction surgery, otorhinolaryngology and prosthetic dentistry. EFFECT: improved rehabilitation of patients with Guerin's fracture and deformations, recovery of masticating and respiratory functions. 3 dwg, 1 ex
