FIELD: medicine, in particular, maxillofacial surgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has titanium plate and retainers made from titanium nickelide. Titanium plate is made netted and shaped to conform to shape of defective bone of maxillary sinus wall for covering edges thereof. Retainers are made in the form of two parallel S- shaped plates conforming to shape of zygomaticoalveolar crest. Titanium plate is congruent to and arranged between S-shaped plates. Titanium plate and S-shaped plates are interconnected by means of wire clamps of titanium nickelide, which are positioned for displacement along S-shaped plates. EFFECT: reliable fixation, provision for eliminating defects of facial middle zone bones by recovery of zygomaticoalveolar crest, upper jawbone abutments, maxillary sinus walls. 2 dwg
