Moreover, an intraosseous part is designed to be detachable and consists of three modular elements, one of which is a truncated cone with the thread at its external surface, along its axis a closed thread hole is made; the second modular element is a flat wedge, it is not detachable and comes into a flat horizontal plank with a hole at its end, the third modular element is a plate with the holes at its both ends.
