FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested dental implant consists of an intraosseous element, temporary spiral closure and permanent head. An intraosseous element has a P- shaped form to correspond to the shape of mandibular molar hole and consists of two vertical teeth connected with a horizontal connector. The first tooth has a form of a truncated cone, along its axis a thread hole is made to place temporary spiral closure which is further displaced for a permanent head, the second tooth has a form of a flat wedge, alpha-inclination angle of both teeth against the axis of intraosseous element is of 2 deg. At the same time, the ratio of maximal diameter of the first tooth D to maximal thickness H of the second one is 5:3. At lateral surfaces of each tooth cross-sectional slots are made symmetrically to its axis at a space t = 1/7xl, where l - the height of intraosseous element's teeth. Moreover, grooves of slots are situated at one line which forms beta angle of 5 deg. with implant's axis towards distal end. The method could be used for direct, earlier, and delayed two-stage dental implantation to compensate lost teeth - mandibular molars. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
