FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dentistry and aims at direct dental implantation in the patients with bounded edentulous teeth. A root of tooth is extracted with using the Sapian Root Remover System. An alveolar socket is washed with 0.05% miramystine immobilised on Polysorb-MP. Then it is exposed to low-frequency ultrasound 20.5-23.5 kHz for 3 minutes with using a wave guide of the Jav-5 apparatus in a pulse mode 0.3-0.6-0.9 Wt/cm2 at pulse repetition frequency 50-60 Hz. A screw titanium implant is inserted at 2-3 mm lower than a gum edge of the alveolar socket of the extracted tooth. A free space between the implant and the alveolar bone walls is loosely filled with 'Natrix' porous titanium granules of granule size 0.7-1.0 mm and porosity 80%. An implant support is mounted. Mucous edges of the socket are closed. A temporary crown in fixed and in 3-6 months changed by a permanent crown.
EFFECT: method provides higher degree of osteointegration of the dental implant ensured by providing condition for forming surrounding new bone tissue in a relatively short time.
