FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with primary implantation of intraocular lenses into posterior chamber of the eye in complicated situations in case of intraoperational damages of posterior lenticular capsule along with vitreous prolapse, and with the possibility for the secondary implantation at partial or complete absence of posterior lenticular capsule. In intraocular lenses haptic elements are performed in a certain way. One of them is in the form of cylindrical protrusion with assembling hole, the second one has a cone-shaped protrusion that enables to perform intracapsular or iridocapsular or iridoscleral fixation.
