FIELD: processing polymer materials for producing granulated composite materials of base of rubber at preset plasticity and sizes of granules for use in production of rubber cements, pastes and mastics at rubber articles factories, shoe factories and construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: continuous roll-type plasticator-granulator includes working granulating roll provided with perforated member on part of its surface on side of escape of rolled-out mass; said perforated member is made in form of changeable radial spinnerets and idle rod secured on common bed plate. Diameter and shape of holes in spinnerets may be different depending on required sizes of granules. Mounted inside working roll is shearing member made in form of shaft with projecting helical combs which are in contact with inner surface of roll; these combs shear material forced through perforation and carry granules.
