SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with processing of building materials for production of homogeneous viscous-flow composite materials on the basis of oil asphalt with a dispersing vulcanized rubber crumbs with their consequent use for production the road viscous materials, mastics and pastes. The continuously operating mixer for production of composite building materials on the basis of oil asphalt contains: a body with a heating jacket; mounted in the body with a capability of rotation in one direction two rotors made in the form of shafts with the feeding screws and in series installed behind the feeding screws along a helical curve at an angle to each other cams with pressure-tight lateral and butt surfaces. The mixer is supplied with a gear mechanism, the driving and driven gears of which are installed on the shafts in a series with the main and additional driving and driven gears. The driving and driven gears are located on each shaft with alternation among themselves. In the mixer there are the driving and driven conical corrugated rollers nozzles made as a single unit with the gears, that are located longwise the shaft with alternation among themselves. The invention allows within a short time to perform the process of devulcanization of the comminuted rubber, its dispersion, dissolution in bitumen and production of homogeneous mixture.
