FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of road construction and construction materials, namely to devices intended for grinding rubber crumbs and obtaining finely dispersed partially devulcanized-destructed rubber powder for its subsequent use in asphalt-concrete mixtures in coating roads, bridges and overpasses, as well as in production of insulating and roofing materials. Rubber crumbs disperser comprising a bed, on which a roller is mounted, equipped with an individual drive configured to adjust the linear speed of conventional points on the outer working surface of the high-speed roll, according to the invention, additionally comprises n profiled plates with length not less than the length of the roll forming with the roller n friction pairs a roll-plate, n individual units for adjusting the gap configuration in the working zone of each friction pair, n meters of gap value at outlet of working zone of each friction pair, meter of linear speed of conditional points on external working surface of roll and control controller, wherein the output of the linear speed meter of conditional points on the outer working surface of the roller is connected to the first input of the drive and to the first input of each i-th adjustment unit of the gap, where i = 1, 2, ... n, and the second input of each i-th gap adjustment configuration unit is connected to the output of the corresponding i-th gap value meter at the friction pair working zone outlet, wherein the third input of each i-th adjustment unit of the gap, the second input of the drive and the control controller are connected by a bidirectional communication channel with unique identification addresses, and each friction pair is equipped with guide bar length of not less than length of roller to ensure supply of rubber crumbs into working zone of friction pair.

EFFECT: technical result of proposed invention consists in improvement of efficiency of process of grinding rubber crumbs, in its acceleration, as well as in higher degree of dispersion of obtained rubber powder.
