FIELD: transport engineering; timber and wood-working industries. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation and storing out of timber. Proposed longitudinal conveyor has guide, traction member with crossmembers made in form of strips coupled by hinge joint and flexible member and interconnected to form crosses. Strips are provided with travel stops preventing their displacement relative to each other. Stops are made in form of flexible members coupling side brackets of strips. Flexible members are installed on crossmembers with prestressing provided by length of flexible members. Flexible members are made in form of wire rope and are secured in holes of strips.
