FIELD: drilling of directional and horizontal wells, particularly, devices for directional drilling. SUBSTANCE: the essence of invention consists in that deflector of drilling tool has tubular section, subs, units for changing angular position and mutual orientation of subs. One of them is connected with motor and the other, with downhole tool. Subs are installed for turning at acute angle to axis of tubular section. Unit for changing of angular position of sub has rings conjugated with one another by chamfered surfaces and having recesses on side surfaces. Retainer of mutual position of rings is installed in one of said recesses. Unit of mutual orientation of subs has ring with stops located over circumference from both sides. One of stops is adjustable in height by reinstallation of adjusting rings. EFFECT: higher operate reliability of device. 3 dwg
