FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particularly, oil and gas field technology for treatment and hydraulic fracturing of formation of bottom-hole zone in servicing of oil, gas, gas-condensate and injection wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes frilling of injection and producing wells. Upper part of tubing string is assembled of heat- insulating pipes. Injection well is provided with tubing string and heat-resistant packer. The latter is installed in middle of worked object. Lower part of tubing pipes is left noninsulated above level of worked object. Length of noninsulated part of tubing string is determined by analytic expression. Heat carrier is injected to object lower part, below packer. Injected to upper part of object is cold water through annular space. Cold water consumption is determined by analytic expression. Oil is withdrawn from producing well. EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of device operation in multifunctional, selective and directed treatment of bottom-hole zone, building-up of pressure required for hydraulic fracturing of formation rock. 2 cl, 2 dwg
