SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-producing industry. Method of high viscosity oil pool development includes a net designing of production wells with directional wells along a reservoir containing a high viscosity oil, drilling of the deposit by producing and injection wells according to the approved technological scheme, carrying out a complex of work on lowering the production columns into the wells and their cementing, perforating works, at that in the injection wells perforation must be carried out in the intervals with thermal waters, as well as in the reservoir with a high viscosity oil; in producing wells – only in the reservoir with a high viscosity oil, hydraulic fracturing of the formation in the interval of the formation with a high viscosity oil both in injection and production wells with injection of proppant into the created technological cracks; running-in into the injection wells of equipment consisting of a string of tubing with an electric centrifugal pump, index of damage to cables with depth sensors for measuring the pressure and temperature at the reception and removal of the ESP, the knockout valve of the ESP, the nipple for installing the plugs, the mechanical packer, the circulation valve, resistant packer with hydraulic anchor, landing nipple for borehole fitting, set of borehole chambers with valves for water injection, packer thrust, check valve, disconnector of tubing string and temperature compensator. In the production wells, a column of tubing with an electric centrifugal pump is launched, index of damage to cables with depth sensors for measuring the pressure and temperature at the reception and removal of the ESP, the knockdown ESP valve and the mechanical action packer, then injection wells are put into operation to simultaneously produce thermal waters and pumping them into a reservoir with a high viscosity oil, and production wells are launched into oil production.

EFFECT: increase the efficiency of development of deposits containing a high viscosity oil.
