FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry; mining.
SUBSTANCE: method for development of superviscous oil deposit using paired horizontal wells includes construction of horizontal production and injection wells, creation of a permeable zone between wells due to injection of heat carrier in the form of steam into both wells. At the same time after creation of permeable zone steam is supplied only to injection well, and product is extracted from production well. Further, the previously run-in tubing string with an electric submersible pump (ESP) is lifted from the production well and the tubing string is lowered, equipped with a filter pipe, a production packer, ESP equipped with temperature sensors at the inlet to the electric motor ESP and to the ESP, shank. Further, the ESP is put into operation, at the same time the production packer is used to shut off the output of the produced product back to the formation. Produced product flows through the holes in the filter pipe into the annular space and rises to the wellhead of the production well. Due to the large area of contact of the production string with rocks lying above the productive formation and having temperature lower than in the productive formation, the temperature of the extracted product decreases.
EFFECT: higher yield of production wells without failure of wellhead equipment.
