FIELD: power engineering; positive displacement pneumatic and hydraulic machines. SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary-vane machine has cylindrical housing with inner cylindrical bore. Hollow cylindrical rotor is eccentrically arranged in housing bore and is provided with radial shaped slots. Separating vanes with eyes are installed in inserts of planoconvex shape. Inserts are fitted in rotor for turning in slots. Each insert of vane is made in form of planoconvex member with different radius of curvature of external convex surface over length and is provided with central and peripheral sections. Inserts are fixed relative to each other by at least two hollow damping bushings. Bushings are installed on peripheral sections of inserts. At least working surfaces of vane, external surfaces of bushings and central sections of inserts engaging with working surfaces of vanes are ceramic coated. EFFECT: reduced friction in working surfaces, prevention of wedging of interacting members. 7 cl, 6 dwg
