FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: machine has fixed housing-stator 1 with inner bore 2. Hollow rotor 7 with a drive and radial bores 8 of cavity 9 of rotor 7 with opposite lying surfaces 10 is eccentrically installed relative to bore 2 of stator 1 and inside it. Rotary blade mechanism of the machine has blades 11 installed on axis 12 coinciding with the bore axis of housing 1. Blades 11 are located inside cavity 9 of rotor 7 and arranged in slots 13 made in hinges 14 with a gap or without a gap, but with possibility of sliding. Hinges 14 have outer surface and interact through a gap or with possibility of sliding with their outer surface with opposite lying surfaces of radial bores 8 of cavity 9 of rotor 7. Sections of hinges 14 between slot 13 for blade 11 and outer surface of hinge 14 form two opposite segments of hinge 14, one surface of which is made so that it interacts with working surface of blade 11, and the other one interacts with surface of radial bore 8 of cavity 9 of rotor 7.
EFFECT: improving reliability of the machine, reducing friction in working friction surfaces, reducing total mechanical losses, and as a result, reducing pneumatic hydraulic losses of the rotary machine and improving its efficiency.
