ROTARY VANE MACHINE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2200847 C2

FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in pneumatic and hydraulic displacement action machines. Said machine has cylindrical housing with cylindrical bore. Hollow cylindrical rotor eccentrically arranged in housing bore is provided with radial shaped slots. Dividing plates with eyes are installed in inserts. Said inserts are installed for turning in slots. Each insert is made in form of structural element with different radius of curvature of outer convex surface in length and is provided with central section with working part of plate arranged within the limits of central section, and peripheral sections located at both sides from central section. One of peripheral sections of each insert is made integral with insert in form of cylindrical element, and the other is made in form of plano-convex double level element with different radii of curvature in length. All friction pairs are provided with ceramic coating. EFFECT: reduced friction, prevention of wedging of interacting elements and reduced total mechanical losses in rotary vane machine. 3 dwg
