SUBSTANCE: proposed compensator has flexible chamber with filler made from porous material; flexible chamber is filled with working fluid wetting the porous material and bellows is used as flexible chamber; radius of pores of porous material, magnitude of surface tension of working fluid, contact angle of wetting of porous material by working fluid, nominal and permissible pressures in hermetic reservoir are related by definite relationship.
