FIELD: fuel-burning installations. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in formation of more developed atomization surface of emulsion thanks to creation of several parallel atomization planes. Gear to supply water-and-fuel emulsion has atomizers with two fuel nozzles made of heat-resistant material, placed uniaxially and in opposition and connected to spiral heat exchangers by means of threaded heatresistant couplings. Heat exchanger in this case are joined to common tube mounted for displacement in horizontal direction and turn around own axis and connected to source of water- and-fuel emulsion. Fuel nozzles are interconnected with the help of bar located uniaxially with nozzles, having diameter less than outlets of nozzles and provided on ends with left-hand and right-hand threads. Spiders having holes with left-hand and right-hand threads into which ends of bar are screwed are anchored in nozzles. In correspondence with invention cylinders are put across outlets of nozzles. Several spiral grooves arranged equidistantly relative one another are cut in surface of bar. Inner diameter of cylinders of nozzles slightly exceeds diameter of bar.
