FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle contains casing with central fuel channel and peripheral channel of scattering agent (steam), distribution washer with openings. Nozzle contains captive nut, inside of which the following components are installed: thrust washer, to the end of which fuel mixer is joined with scattering agent (steam), which forms with internal surface of captive nut extension of peripheral annular channel with openings for its exit, equipped with internal insert with deflector, external surface of insert and internal surface of mixer for internal annular channel, at that insert has openings for fuel outlet, and inlet (axial) opening of insert produces extension of central fuel channel; further along direction of fuel emulsion travel sprayer deflector is installed, being fixed in distribution washer, into which distributor of fuel emulsion is screwed in, which forms with internal surface of captive nut annular channel that ends with circular slot channel for outlet of fuel emulsion from nozzle, at that deflectors and emulsion distributor have the shape of mushroom with flat top; captive nut and distributor of emulsion are made of heat-resistant steel. Invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of torch burning.
EFFECT: increase of torch burning efficiency by provision of most complete homogenisation of fuel.
