SPRINKLING SYSTEM OF SPRINKLING CHAMBER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: air conditioning equipment, sprinkling chambers of air conditioners. SUBSTANCE: sprinkling system of sprinkling chamber includes distribution horizontal collectors, vertical double uprights carrying atomizers coming in the form of dual nozzle branch pipes with outlets of equal diameter directed in opposition mounted in horizontal planes. Distribution horizontal collectors are fitted with vertical joints to change their angle of setting from 30 to 65 deg with reference to direction of flow of air. Vertical double uprights are linked to distribution collectors with the aid of vertical axial joints. Nozzle branch pipe are placed in pairs on uprights at various horizons. Each pair of nozzle branch pipes of one horizon is displaced relative to pair of nozzle branch pipes of next horizon. Axial joints of double uprights make it possible to orient axis of nozzle branch pipes up to 20 deg with regard to axis of flow of treated air to side excluding imposition of projections of spray cones formed by pairs of nozzle branch pipes. EFFECT: raised quality of treated air due to increased quality of atomization, diminished dimensions of air conditioner. 3 dwg
