SUBSTANCE: at leveling of the mount the jacks are installed with the plates on the ground and the platform is hanged out providing for its movement in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the frame of the multiaxle wheel chassis. The jacks are positioned on both sides relative to the rear pair of the chassis axles at an equal distance from each other in the longitudinal and transverse positions.
