FIELD: blasting and various branches of industry using bursting process, for example, in harmonizing burst equipment at bursts in petrogas production industry. SUBSTANCE: the casing accommodates an explosive charge, placed between the casing and the charge is a layer of elastic inert material, whose thickness does not exceed 0.02d, where d-diameter of the explosive charge. At installation of the explosive charge in the casing a gap is left that is filled with elastic inert material under pressure and (or) by vacuum treatment. EFFECT: equalized detonation wave front in the explosive charge and enhanced adaptability to manufacture. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
