FIELD: packages or racks for disposing communication equipment on board aircraft or ship, or in mobile ground carriers. SUBSTANCE: package has package proper and shock-mounted base with main keeper strips under them. Package is characterized in that its base is provided with set of additional symmetrical keeper strips mounted over base perimeter along each of its sides above main keeper strips. Each shock mount features its inherent resonant frequency of 3-4 Hz and stiffness coefficient increasing with load. Shock mount is arranged between main and additional keeper strips eccentrically to them. Main and additional keeper strips have fastening members symmetrical to their geometric centers and meant to keep strips in position on package base and main plate. Main keeper strips may be provided with guide rods installed over their geometric center in through slots made over perimeter of supporting plate.
