FIELD: electronic equipment for water transport vessels. SUBSTANCE: device has housing which is mounted on main dampers, and side dampers which are mounted in upper side of behind housing wall. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced at least eight detachable dampers, which height is controlled and which are designed as screw springs, which drive rods are mounted in through holes provided around housing base. Springs of detachable dampers are mounted in support plate recesses which are coaxial to slots. Support plate also carries main dampers which specific resonant frequency is 3-4 Hz. Their rigidity factor increases upon increase of load to rack. EFFECT: increased reliability of instrument rack operations in conditions of vibration and shocks caused by moving vessel. 3 cl, 4 dwg
