FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling single canal in the coracoid process body and middle portions of two lavsan threads are brought through it from down to top to form a loop. The places of muscle attachment to the coracoid process are stitched with the threads ends. Outer threads are brought through the loop and tied with the remaining threads into one block. EFFECT: retained process strength and muscle attachment.
