FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Formed bone canal between surgical neck and articular surface of head is used for passing fine-meshed lavsan tape, which is used to envelope segment of tendon, located on 1/3 of length of the line, connecting the upper point of intertubercular furrow and lower point of anatomical neck of humerus, measured from the point of tendon attachment to cavity of scapula. Tape is fastened to said tendon segment without damaging its mesentery. Tape is passed through canal and tightened. Tape ends are fixed near canal inlet. Tendon bed with tendon is sewn transosseously.
EFFECT: formed ligament ensures complete mobility in joint, holds shoulder head from dislocation.
