FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying traction by holding with one hand radiocarpal articulation. The other hand thrusts against humerus head with two fingers. Swinging movements are performed with the upper extremity from the angle of 145 deg in frontal plane to the angle of 100-110 deg forwards from the frontal plane using the two-armed lever created. Particular cases of inveterate shoulder-slip are additionally treated with pressure applied along the arm axis to ulnar articulation with rotation movements of about 20 deg amplitude after setting the dislocated bone and under maximum arm adduction to the trunk. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; full-scale restoration of movement ability; prevented recurrences.
