FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Region of intertubercular sulcus of humerus is exposed. Tendon of long head of biceps is released and drawn outwards. In greater tubercle semi-oval slot is formed with salient part outside. On semi-oval slot bottom prepared is groove going from top to bottom, parallel to intertubercular sulcus. Tendon of long head of biceps is moved inwards, imbedded into slot and packed into groove.
EFFECT: method prevents tendon displacement.
