FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with a pressed lactite granulate and tablets prepared upon its basis. The granulate contains lactite and physiologically acceptable noncariogenic sugar alcohol, polymerized reduced sugar, alkaline carboxymethylcellulose, hydrolyzate of hydrogenised starch, hydroxypropylcellulose, physiologically acceptable derivatives of cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, gum arabic and other physiologically acceptable resins. Lactite is considered to be the best binder. The innovation deals, also, with the method to obtain the pressed lactite granulate to be used in preparing the tablets.
