FIELD: medical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to granules, pills and to the method and installation of their production. During the process of making granules the powder is subject to low compacting force to receive compressed mass including the mixture of small particles and granules. Then small particles are separated from the granules by introducing small particles into the flow of gas. The direction of gas flow has a component flowing counter the direction of compressed mass flow.
EFFECT: increase of homogeneity and avalanche ability of granules.
