FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: projectional area of femoral vascular-nervous bundle of lower limbs, area of anterior-internal femoral surface and that of popliteal fossa are subjected to infrared laser radiation. Irradiation is conducted at 80 Hz frequency per 1 min for each side. Then impact comes for area of posterior shin surface, that of rear and plantar foot surface at 300 Hz frequency per 2 min for each lower limb. The method provides normalizing impact upon microcirculation state in patients with diabetes mellitus. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
