FIELD: hydrometallurgy. SUBSTANCE: plant has several reactors made of bodies with covers and successively interconnected by tubular conduits for pulp transfer by gravity with impeller mixers and drive shafts running through covers, heating elements, pulp inlet and pulp outlet pipes installed on the first and last reactors, respectively. Covers are sealed to reactor bodies. Upper parts of reactors are successively connected by tubular conduits for transfer of gas phase. Plant has hydroseal tubes secured in covers and accommodating drive shafts of impeller mixers and hydroseals installed on each cover and communicating with reactors upper parts. Each hydroseal is made in the form of cylindrical body with bottom plate and cover embraced by cooling jacket with inlet and outlet pipes of cooling jacket with inlet and outlet pipes of cooling water, gas inlet pipe whose end rises above body bottom plate and is fastened above end of branch pipe of cylindrical cap whose wall is located in circular gap between body and branch pipe. Heating element is made in the form of tube sealed in cover and serving for supply of steam and having branch pipe with closed lower end. Said tube accommodates tube for withdrawal of condensate. Both tubes are sealed by flange joint at upper end of steam supply tube. EFFECT: continuous process without evolution of gaseous products to atmosphere. 5 cl, 2 dwg
