FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of aluminium by the electrolysis of molten salts, specifically to the purification of exhaust gases during electrolysis of aluminium, in particular to gas cleaning equipment, which can be used for dry adsorption cleaning of exhaust electrolysis gases of aluminium production from electrolyzers. Gas cleaning module for collecting and cleaning gases for implementing the method of cleaning gases during electrolysis of aluminium formed in an electrolysis cell during production of aluminium contains at least two reactors-adsorbers (1), connected by means of transition pipes (3) with bag filter (2), consisting of dirty gas chamber (4), divided by partition (8) into two sections, pure gas chambers (5), filtering bags (6) and fluorinated alumina bin (7). Gas cleaning module contains two adsorbent supply lines, one of which is intended for supply of pure alumina, the second one for supply of fluorinated alumina, wherein on the first line there is pure alumina bin (12) with an airfield and at least two chutes made to enable supply of pure alumina to adsorber reactors (1) and to airlifts (9) for spraying pure alumina on filtering bags (6). Second adsorbent supply line comprises a bin of fluorinated alumina (7) placed in the lower part of bag filter (2) connected to a storage bin of fluorinated alumina (7), configured to supply fluorinated alumina to the electrolysis cell by means of airlift (11) and to the adsorbers-reactors.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for increased efficiency in the purification of fluorine-containing gases from a single electrolyzer with variants of different electrolysis technologies that arise during the electrolysis production of aluminium.
