FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods of well operation control. SUBSTANCE: method includes bypassing of excessive gas from annular space to internal cavity of tubing string when gas pressure exceeds preset value. Temperature and pressure conditions in well are regulated from surface by bypassing of gas from annular space to internal cavity of tubing string, or by bypassing of hot oil from tubing string to well annular space. Regulation is effected by means of valve with sliding device. It is actuated by reversing electric motor, and it is installed on tubing string below boundary of low-temperature effect but above dynamic level. Device for regulation includes body with valve secured to tubing string. It is made in the form of cylinder with two rows of radial channels and circular seals on external surface, seat in lower part with through channel communicating annular space with tubing string cavity, and slide valve for entering seat. Valve has a rod which is connected with slide valve by thread for its motion in vertical plane. Rod upper part carries gear rotated by reversing electric motor. It is installed in body and has gear on output shaft for meshing with rod gear. EFFECT: higher operating reliability due to installation of device controlled from surface and allowing prompt variation of temperature and pressure conditions in wells. 3 cl, 10 dwg
