FIELD: oil and gad production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas producing industry, particularly for pumping water and oil withdrawal and can implemented for control over well operation by changing mode of operation. The valve facility for well operation contains a case with one or several relief valves, with external sealing elements and with one or several closure elements connected to an actuator in form of a rolling diaphragm chamber or spring. The valve facility is additionally equipped with an engine installed to interact with the actuator. The valve facility is made demountable; also the said case is connected to a tail piece and a retention knob, while the engine is assembled in the case and/or in a tail piece and/or in a retention knob. A gate element is made as a plunger pair or in form of a ball, or rod, or in form of a sphere and semi sphere. The engine is connected to a time relay and/or to a frequency converter and can be electrically fed in an off-line mode; one electric channel is used for feeding or for communication and distant control. At least one back valve or the closure, or shut-off device is arranged in the valve facility. The valve facility is installed at least in one seat inside the well; the seat is made as a well chamber.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of remote or off-line control over on-line mode of well operation.
