SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing with central fuel pipe mounted in it forming circular passage for supply of spraying agent and diffuser mixing chamber; according to invention, prechamber is mounted at inlet of central fuel pipe; its wall is provided with hole along axis of pipe at diameter lesser than diameter of pipe; hole for delivery of gaseous component is made in surface of prechamber.
