FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in gas turbine plants designed for driving number of electric generators, compressors, pumps and some other gas turbine engines. Proposed gas turbine plant comprised turbine secured on compressor shaft. Turbine setting is placed in communication with outlet of combustion chamber whose inlet communicates with compressor. Supply manifold connected to nozzles is divided into central and peripheral spaces. Central space communicates with fuel feed set through valve. Peripheral space is connected with main line after starting-cutoff valve by pipeline furnished with shutoff member and device providing its filling up before opening of shutoff member. Air from external source is fed into combustion chamber through injector. In process of starting first valve 10 is opened, fuel is fed to nozzles arranged in center and firing is done with subsequently increasing fuel flow rate to provide required air-to-fuel ratio for all nozzles of combustion chamber. Simultaneously space is being filled up. When required fuel flow rate is attained, valve opens and delivery of air into injector is stopped.
