FIELD: testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for testing plays of front and rear suspensions of automobiles. Proposed machine has plate on which movable table is mounted. Table rests on plate through damped translational motion antifriction bearings. Table is rigidly connected with mechanism secured on plate for displacement along relatively perpendicular axes in horizontal plane. Displacement mechanism has at least one spur rack train along each axis of displacement in which rack is rigidly connected with table, and axle of gear wheel or gear sector is installed for rotation in housing secured to plate and is provided with handle. Sum of width of rack train elements of one displacement axis exceeds value of rack train travel of other displacement axis. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced metal usage of vibration testing machine. 4 cl, 2 dwg
