FIELD: equipment for testing vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: set for determining the backlash of vehicles contains devices backlash-detectors, each of which has a base on which a movable table is installed movable along mutually perpendicular axes in a horizontal plane, including pneumatic cylinders for moving along the X-axis and Y-axis, and guiding mechanisms, and corresponding U-shaped guides. Each device of the backlash detector included in the set has two pneumatic cylinders installed along each axis with the possibility of synchronous operation, and guide mechanisms, and the corresponding U-shaped guides to each of them; the pneumatic cylinders of movement of the same axes and the corresponding U-shaped guides are located at an equal distance from the center of the table, parallel to each other and symmetrically with respect to their axis of movement.

EFFECT: increased productivity, reliability and durability of the complex for determining vehicle backlashes.
