SUBSTANCE: method consists in compensation of voltage variations of a drain-source ionoselective field-effect transistor caused by deviation of the potential of the ionoselective membrane of the field-effect transistor, additional measurement of the temperature on the surface of the field-effect transistor ionoselective membrane, and finding of the unknown ion activity in accordance with the mathematical model of physicochemical processes in the measurement.
